I hope that this "ongoing discussion" will not continue long past the deadline for saving the dams. I realize everyone is moving slowly and with caution to find a solution to this problem, but action must be taken at some point. My hope is that someone is taking an active role in moving this all forward and the decommissioning of the dams and the negative results of doing so, will not occur by default.
