hi. i think ur book is awesome. i think u should write about the irish pototo famine because i don't know anything about it and i would like to learn more.

Thanks, Roxy. That's a great idea. Are you Irish-American? I know a lot of Irish-Americans whose ancestors came over here because of the Irish Potato Famine. You may want to check out my new book, RESURRECTION MEN, coming out in the spring. It features a young girl named Rebecca Finn who left Ireland for London, England, in the 1830s and became a beggar in part because of lack of food. The major Potato Famine in Ireland began some 15 years later.
